This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit thequantguide.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep this site deliberately simple: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not ask you to create an account.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., using its Cloudflare Pages and content delivery network. When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to Cloudflare's servers so the page can be delivered: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, your browser type and version, and your operating system.

Cloudflare processes this data to deliver the site, keep it secure, and defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare's own privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Transfers of data to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools, does not embed advertising or social-media plugins, and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. There is nothing to consent to and no tracking to opt out of.

4. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for any retention period required by law, then delete it.

5. Links to the course platform

The "Student login" links on this site lead to course.thequantguide.com, which is operated on the Kajabi platform (Kajabi, LLC, USA). Once you follow that link, Kajabi's own data processing and privacy terms apply, and any account, payment, or course data you provide there is governed by the terms shown on that platform. This policy covers only thequantguide.com itself.

6. Recipients of data

Apart from Cloudflare as hosting provider and our email service provider, we do not pass your personal data to third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
• have your data erased (Art. 17);
• have processing restricted (Art. 18);
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
